Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll provide the solutions needed to enhance our members' healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to enhance our members' healthcare experience
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
