The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, and develop strategies to manage your team to success in a proactive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Grow your social media presence organically
- Manage and communicate with your team daily
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- 100% confidence in your English skills

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
