Key Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch center. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering multiple phone lines and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating towing and recovery services for our clients, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and data, using our computer systems to track and manage customer information
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills, with experience using computer systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching and customer service
- Experience working in the towing and recovery industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
