Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and developing their cold email strategy to drive sales growth
- Implementing learnings and best practices week over week to optimize client campaigns
- Handling sales and client calls to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client success
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cold email marketing and sales strategy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales strategy and cold email management
- Based in the United States
- Cold email and sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Airtable, and Instantly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
