Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex's clients through live chat assistance. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions and providing accurate information to resolve their queries
  • Offering sales links and discounts to clients as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex is essential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5+ hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or live chat support is a plus

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and live chat software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
