The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative Agent working from home as a remote online panelist, you will have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. With most of our paid focus group studies, you will have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to choose the format that suits you best.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package is designed to reward your participation and dedication:
- Earn up to $750 per week in part-time work
- Participate in paid focus group studies, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Receive compensation ranging from $75 to $150 per hour for individual sessions
- Participate in multi-session studies and earn up to $300 to $750
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss before the meeting date
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you will need to:
- Have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
