Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
- Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
- Addressing basic questions or issues, and keeping accurate records of all conversations
- Meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, and performing tasks associated with call handling
- Conducting basic plan and participant file research and updates
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in an office setting taking inbound calls
- Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Quality and accuracy of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
