Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
  • Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
  • Addressing basic questions or issues, and keeping accurate records of all conversations
  • Meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, and performing tasks associated with call handling
  • Conducting basic plan and participant file research and updates
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in an office setting taking inbound calls
  • Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Quality and accuracy of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with call center software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
