Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
- Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
- Assisting with passenger check-in and load acceptance
- Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
- Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
- Providing assistance to distressed passengers and clients
- Protecting company assets and revenue
- Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for our customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
- Fluency in English language (bilingual language skills a plus)
- A valid driver's license (if required by local authorities)
- Ability to pass FAA background checks (if applicable)
- Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
