Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers.
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers.
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for every customer interaction.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 18 years of age.
- Flexible to the needs of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To ensure you have a seamless experience working from home, you'll need:
- A 19-inch standalone monitor.
- A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless).
- A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile).
- A noise/distraction-free home office environment.
- A desk and an ergonomic chair.
