Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Customers: You'll work closely with customers to address their concerns, provide support, and resolve issues related to our clients' products and services.
  • Documenting Call-Related Information: You'll maintain accurate records of call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our clients receive the insights they need to improve their services.
  • Maintaining Customer Information: You'll update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our clients' databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Upselling Current Customers: You'll identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, helping our clients to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and clients.
