The Role
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service team, handling after-hours phone calls and scheduling appointments between customers and on-call technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services and account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
