Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using data to inform and improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues as necessary, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer service.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, mentoring and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
