Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Check Calls: Follow up with customers from the prior day to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintenance Calls: Schedule visits with maintenance customers to ensure that their equipment is functioning properly and to provide any necessary support.
- Promotional Calls: Call customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell our services.
- Review Follow-up: Follow up with customers who have left reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that their concerns have been addressed and to gather feedback for improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
