Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers, handling inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities

As a full stack customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers across various industries
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
