Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into computer systems and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring that all materials are organized and easily accessible
  • Collecting and inputting data from various sources, including online databases, surveys, and documents
  • Ensuring the safety of all data and their availability when needed, adhering to arenaflex's data backup and recovery procedures
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure accuracy and safety of data collected, and providing regular updates on progress and any issues encountered

Requirements

  • Good typing and data entry skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Reliable and fast internet connectivity, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
