Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typing to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll also be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
What We're Looking For
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
