We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Operations Chat Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat. As a key member of our remote operations team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues
  • Work independently to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and device able to access social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
