Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant - Remote, you will play a vital role in supporting the various programs of our Community and Family Services Department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing mailings for distribution to current and potential program members, agency staff, and external stakeholders
  • Making copies of program materials for mailing to program members, caregivers, and other program stakeholders
  • Scanning and filing correspondence in their respective locations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Picking up and delivering interoffice mailings/packages for the department

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum experience in clerical work
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's programs and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
