Key Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues
- Taking customer orders and providing high-quality customer service
- Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues
- Working closely with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
- Resolving any customer service issues that may arise
- Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in capturing customer information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
