Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure prompt and effective service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Positions Schedule:
* Wednesday: In the Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
