Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and take on the challenge of managing our master data set. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for developing reports, visualizations, and business intelligence that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge your skills and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage Data: Own the master data set and all that it contains. Review and report all findings to appropriate parties. Explain the testing of data and the ability to import and process anything confidential according to the guidelines given. Create reports for the customer and internal users that can provide clarity trends as well as areas for improvement.
• Support Data: Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements as well as initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Make recommendations for improvements and suggest ways to generate sales of our existing products by analyzing all trends. Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand the objectives of the organization and prioritize any requirements.
• Develop and Maintain Reports: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Communicate Insights: Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in popular data analysis tools, including data visualization software and business intelligence platforms.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Master's degree in a related field: A master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with data governance: Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
