The Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing product-related questions, shipping concerns, order status updates, and more
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Utilizing your sales acumen to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving revenue growth for the company
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For in a Candidate

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

1+ year of customer service experience

, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Fluency in English

Fast and confident typing skills

Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
