Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you have a strong background in high-volume call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Input data and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, extending courtesy and professionalism in all interactions
  • Take 75+ calls per day, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve customer service and support

Requirements

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare call center operations (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
  • Start date: 12/7
