Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager to join our Client Advanced Character group. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of Digital Character Client Experience initiatives in store conditions. You'll work closely with our Omni experiences and Store Activities groups to deliver top-notch client ID solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving the execution of Digital Character Client Experience drives in store conditions, launching and scaling capabilities to enhance client experiences and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the improvement of Digital Character Client Experiences across a designated client experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout)

  • Break down existing CX streams at various touchpoints
  • Design tests for personality capture (e.g., phone numbers)
  • Interpret the client experience plan that would upgrade personality capture and utilization at exchange points from paper to execution plan
  • Foster an execution guide for select experience execution
  • Collaborate with item, field, and investigation groups to develop analyses
  • Participate in cross-functional gatherings joining forces with item and surveys and approve tests
  • Oversee tests in the field
  • Send tests in arrangement with Walmart field activities groups
  • Collaborate with examination to decipher results
  • Suggest and execute upgrades
  • Track progress of the examination, set up and execute announcing structure, and foster gauges to beat expected chances
  • Partner the executives
  • Keep up with associations with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution
  • Catch partner needs, permitting the group to set up important business examination
  • Assemble and execute correspondence intends to key partners

Requirements

* Four-year college education required

  • 7+ years in Tasks jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni climate
  • 5+ years executing new drives in a store climate
  • Solid and demonstrated capacity to impact inside partners
  • Demonstrated insight in executing effective drives
  • Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid training benefit program for full-time and part-time partners in Walmart and Sam's Club offices. Additional Compensation

Extra compensation includes yearly or quarterly performance rewards.
