Responsibilities and Duties

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and maintaining sales records
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Providing exceptional client support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and mailings
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of office experience in a similar administrative role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mortgage or financial services company

  • Certification in Microsoft Office or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
