What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues with professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. Your duties will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, reservations, and refunds
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and systems to ensure seamless customer service

What you'll need for success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree and relevant professional training or experience
  • Bilingual language skills, depending on the location
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if required
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting, as required by arenaflex and security regulations
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in Saber or other travel service systems, and experience with customer service software and technology
