Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Investigating the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintaining and updating required tools and systems based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models).
• Identifying errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and providing solutions.
• Proactively searching for patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
• Supporting the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improvement.
• Modeling business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed and developing business case outlines.
• Any other related and assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Experience in management consulting or design thinking is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong change management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Desirable Skills:

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis using R or a similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes.
• Project management or support experience.
