What You'll Do
As a Remote Consistency and Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies.
- Collaborating with the HR Consistency group to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database, identifying and resolving any data set issues.
- Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to optimize processes.
- Conducting high-level examinations, creating custom reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Interacting with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Reviewing completed Unique Mark Applications, verifying accuracy, and retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and Succeed.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
