Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. You'll be responsible for explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances, all while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
