Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing Mail and Deposits: Accurately and efficiently process mail, handle deposits, and manage our company's financial transactions
  • Updating Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring seamless financial operations
  • Maintaining CRM Database: Keep our customer relationship management (CRM) database current and accurate, enabling our sales team to focus on building strong relationships with our customers
  • Following Up on Leads: Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely and effective communication with our customers
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting and sales departments to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless operations
