Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including telephone and electronic means, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, particularly with mobile and web applications.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to address product and service inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and effectively resolving complaints, escalating unresolved issues to internal departments as needed.
  • Record comprehensive details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, maintaining an organized customer database to facilitate future interactions and improve customer experience.
  • Facilitate outbound sales calls and coordinate demos for our inside sales representatives, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to address and escalate unresolved issues, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within SaaS or similar industries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and flexibility while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer acquisition strategies.

* A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or customer success roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
