Responsibilities:
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Providing Exceptional Customer Support:
Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
Evaluating Customer Interactions:
Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
Building Relationships:
Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Promoting Products and Services:

Achieving Established Standards:

Portraying a Positive Image:

Providing Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
