What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Reading and Interpreting Customer and Shipping Orders: Accurately read and interpret customer and shipping orders from various sources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Data Entry and Verification: Input data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify consistency across the system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Error Reporting: Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor promptly, helping us maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy.
• Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and keep the data updated, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our progress and performance.
• Administrative Duties: Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for a portion of the workday, helping to keep our office running smoothly.
