The Role
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our live chat platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and helpful information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through the live chat platform on arenaflex's website
- Assist customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
- Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements
* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in the live chat platform and client requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
Training and Support
arenaflex provides comprehensive training to all Live Chat Support Specialists, covering the company's products, services, discounts, refund policies, and chat support procedures. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role, and our support team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance.
Contract Length and Rate
There is no fixed-term contract length for this job, and the rate is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

This job requires a commitment of 20-40 hours per week and is open to individuals located in the United States who are interested in working remotely.
