Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Reaching out to patients, members, and customers via outbound calls to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide personalized support.
  • Making welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Conducting surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback from patients, helping us to continuously improve our services and care.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and patient-centric care.
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to provide 2 monitors, at least 22 inches, with HDMI and Display ports.
  • A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps is necessary for this role.
