Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company databases and systems. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Performing regular quality checks to maintain high accuracy levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Meeting deadlines and targets consistently, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Inputting customer information, transactions, and other relevant data into designated systems.
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents.
  • Assisting in data cleanup and migration projects.
  • Generating reports and summaries based on entered data.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and speed (at least 40 wpm).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, including Google Suite and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems, including CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Certification in data entry or related administrative roles, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
