Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Fraud Disputes and Merchant Disputes, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency
- Assisting Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Controlling and managing cash, valuated forms, and means of access
- Supervising and ensuring that proper banking protocols are completed
- Reconciling teller transactions against branch accounting
- Performing banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch
- Assisting with the opening and management of customer accounts
- Assisting with window operations and funneling overflow to other channels
- Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years' relevant experience in customer service
- Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch banking
- Microsoft Office experience
- Banking accounting or basic accounting experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
