Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Fraud Disputes and Merchant Disputes, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency
  • Assisting Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Controlling and managing cash, valuated forms, and means of access
  • Supervising and ensuring that proper banking protocols are completed
  • Reconciling teller transactions against branch accounting
  • Performing banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch
  • Assisting with the opening and management of customer accounts
  • Assisting with window operations and funneling overflow to other channels
  • Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years' relevant experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch banking
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Banking accounting or basic accounting experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in fraud disputes and merchant disputes
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
  • Experience with banking software and systems

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $41,660.00 - $54,340.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
