Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, conducting telephone screening, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our clients. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a home office setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a large volume of calls, including inbound and outbound calls, in a professional and courteous manner

  • Conduct telephone screening to assess client needs and provide solutions
  • Engage in positive interactions with clients to effectively meet their needs and resolve issues
  • Utilize computer navigation skills to access and navigate our systems and tools
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home office setting
  • Computer navigation skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome and Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to meet the technical requirements outlined below
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting pay: $11.50 per hour with pay increases after 30 days and 6 months of employment

* Laptop or desktop computer with 8GB of RAM

  • Google Chrome installed

  • PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
  • Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
  • 1 Monitor (minimum 19")
