Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed: You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our databases, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies: You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data and correcting any discrepancies, ensuring that our data is reliable and trustworthy.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring that our sensitive information is secure and protected.
  • Support various departments with data-related tasks and queries: You will be responsible for supporting various departments with data-related tasks and queries, providing timely and accurate responses to their needs.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity: You will be responsible for conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Additional Information

* Work Schedule: As a remote employee, you will have flexible hours, but must be available for core hours between 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

  • Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.
  • Equipment: A company-provided computer and software will be provided to ensure you have the necessary tools to perform your job duties.
  • Reporting: You will report directly to the Data Manager, who will provide guidance and support as needed.

Required Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role: You must have proven experience in data entry or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to accurately and efficiently enter and update data.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy: You must have excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
