The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS is seeking a talented Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team We're looking for a skilled and experienced Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software experiences through exceptional engineering practices, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software experiences

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in workflow design and implementation
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders to educate and inform workflow initiatives, and drive adoption and change
• Develop and maintain expertise in analytics, data visualization, and workflow design

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery

• Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
• Product ownership experience, including being responsible for key outcomes for a project
• Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across associate groups
