Responsibilities
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients, members, and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to patients and members to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and other healthcare services
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve our services
- Assisting patients and members with benefits and insurance information
- Providing empathetic and patient-focused support to patients and their families
- Working collaboratively with patient representatives, providers, and pharmacies to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide 2 monitors with HDMI and Display ports
Compensation and Benefits
