Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone assistance to our customers, answering a high volume of calls, and effectively communicating our offerings, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing phone assistance to customers regarding scheduling, addresses, and other details
  • Answering a high volume of calls every shift, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Understanding and effectively communicating our offerings, policies, and procedures to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional service in both Spanish and English
  • Performing accurate digital record-keeping, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with speaking, writing, and reading proficiency
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • New York State residency
  • Ability to clear a background check
  • Reliable and stable home internet connection
  • 1-2 professional references

Training and Development

As a new member of our arenaflex team, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A two-week full-time training schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm, prior to transitioning to the part-time schedule
  • Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team members
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and certification programs

Compensation and Benefits

As a Part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you can expect:
