As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone assistance to our customers, answering a high volume of calls, and effectively communicating our offerings, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing phone assistance to customers regarding scheduling, addresses, and other details
- Answering a high volume of calls every shift, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Understanding and effectively communicating our offerings, policies, and procedures to customers
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional service in both Spanish and English
- Performing accurate digital record-keeping, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team

- Fluency in Spanish and English, with speaking, writing, and reading proficiency
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- New York State residency
- Ability to clear a background check

Training and Development
As a new member of our arenaflex team, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our training program includes:
- A two-week full-time training schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm, prior to transitioning to the part-time schedule
- Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team members
