Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) contract. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to military recruitment and advertising strategies. This role involves handling a high volume of data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining organized records. You will work closely with the data management team to support research and analysis efforts that inform effective recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all data entries
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing it with source documents and reports
- Assist in regular data audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data systems
- Work closely with analysts, researchers, and other team members for timely and accurate data entry
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in data management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience (1-2 years preferred) in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role
- Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check
