Key Responsibilities

As a Product Assistance Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch chat-based support to customers, helping them navigate our products with ease. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Troubleshooting common issues and guiding users through features to ensure a seamless experience
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide expert support

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
