Job Summary
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors as needed
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that meet your needs. As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime.
Earnings and Revenue
Our contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

To succeed as an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll need:

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity

Work Environment Requirements
To provide exceptional support to our clients' customers, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
