Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting data into company databases, including transferring data from spreadsheets, documents, and paper records into digital formats

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Data entry ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Good communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and stay motivated while managing your time effectively
  • Comfort in computer operations, including email, web-based tools, and customer relationship management software
  • A reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
  • A good mindset and willingness to gain new knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in sales and customer service
