About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You'll be the face of our company, and your role will be critical in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by being empathetic and professional in every interaction
- Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
- Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Coordinating with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience selling subscription-based services
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced English level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas would be a plus:
- Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
