Job Summary

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting data enrichment tasks for one of our healthcare clients. You'll work on both voice and non-voice processes, managing inbound and outbound calls, verifying information, and completing enrichment tasks with high accuracy and quality. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and the autonomy to manage your workload.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks

• Verify information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information
• Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
• Work on both voice and non-voice processes, as required, to meet client needs and deadlines
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex
• Collaborate with the Data Enrichment team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and high-quality results

Essential Qualifications

* Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes

• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Stable internet connection and a computer-savvy mindset

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field

• Familiarity with online databases and data verification tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with healthcare data or a related industry is a plus
