Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and voicemail. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and voicemail
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services as needed to enhance customer experiences
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
