Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry – Peabody, MA at arenaflex

A Day in the Life:
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing top-notch customer service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
* Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, data entry, customer service, and automation processes
* Troubleshooting and resolving front-end workflow issues to identify solutions and improve efficiency
* Partnering with pharmacy leaders to develop and implement team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
* Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $18.50
Maximum: $34.60
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly desirable.
Education:
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
